"C" key randomly stops working

Hello folks,

I’ve noticed a recent issue with my UHK80 where the lowercase “C” key will randomly stop working. If I press Shift + C it still works. Has anyone experienced anything like this before?

It will eventually start working again, or if I unplug turn it off and turn it back on it’ll come back and work as expected.

Have you tried reseating the switch?

Pull it out, bend its legs a little (so that they end up tensioned against the hot swap socket side), and put it back in.
