Not sure if this was brought up before and pardon me if it was but I love the concept of people sharing their configurations so that others don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Lot of other companies has discord servers where communication is faster and greater engagement. Why not embrace the newer methods? Also, when I search for home row mods I see very few discussions or solutions on it? Why isn’t there like a blog post or something similar so that it makes it easier? Also, Why don’t the LEDs have different animation configurations?
So many questions…

Welcome to this forum. That’s exactly what it is for.
See the My configuration - UHK forum section.
Why not embrace the newer methods?
Why yes?
Afaik, discord is a chat platform. At least I have never seen it used differently. (Afaik,) It is not suitable for creating any long-living content that is searchable and browsable.
Besides, there is an unofficial discord server as well as subreddit.
Also, when I search for home row mods I see very few discussions or solutions on it?
While we do have some secondary role support, our users have not been able to this day to agree on how exactly it needs to be improved to suit hrm.
Also turns out that everyone has a bit different writing style, so agreeing on anything is surprisingly difficult.
These days, there is one promising implementation from Firngrod being discussed at HRM/Secondary Role - Yet another way. With examples! - #72 by kriker97 .
If we are lucky, it will be available in a couple of weeks…
Also, Why don’t the LEDs have different animation configurations?
Because no one wants them.
On higher abstraction level the answer to some of the above questions is that uhk user-base and contributor-base is much smaller than that of qmk or zmk that are running hundreds of boards.
In my experience, Discourse forums are cleaner and way easier to explore and search than Discord or Reddit.
A dedicated website is planned to share configurations, but not in the immediate future.
I really dislike Discord for anything other than chats. I agree that it’s too cluttered and confusing for anything else. I’ve noticed that even some of the bigger brands out there have begun to shut down their support forums in favor of Discord, which is an absolute nightmare. It always ends up being a solid wall of people tripping over each other.
