I flashed the 15.3.0 firmware to my UHK60v2
It wasn’t clean but eventually went on. Then my keycluster disappeared. I reverted to 15.2.0 and still no joy.
I have tried recovering the key cluster on 15.2.0 and 15.3.0 to no avail.
My uhk80 key cluster shows and works on the uhkv60
When I try to recover the key cluster all I get is the below. Any suggestions?
Do what it says. Keep physically reconnecting the key cluster for as long as Agent shows that message.
I have had to unbrick the trackpoint a couple of times lately. It always succeeded in 5 or so tries, but it is possible that you will need more.
Okay, upwards of 30 to no avail
Have tried on two UHKv60s with the same result.
Anything else to try?

After a day of trying to unbrick this way (which has worked before for me too) I can safely say that this approach is not going to work.
Sorry about this issue! Please contact us, and we’ll replace your key cluster module or send a new one.
