The release notes say a new Agent build is required. Is there a timeframe on when that is likely?

If you mean the macro templates, no, it is not implemented Agent side yet and there is no eta. Also, for full macro argument support, a parsing mechanism in the firmware that in turn depends on the Agent has yet to be implemented.

Because the previous one I thought was related to 15.2.0 and not 15.3.0
