Hi, everyone. I’m thinking about customizing the top row (the function keys) of my UHK80.
However, I’ve noticed that yuzukeycaps.com makes Cherry keys, while the UHK80 has an OEM profile.
Do you think the difference is noticeable to the touch or to the eye? Do you have any examples?

They’re actually quite a bit different. Some of the obvious differences:
The Yuzu caps don’t have shine-through legends like the UHK stock caps. You also won’t likely be able to get the colors to match very closely.
The OEM caps are a bit taller than Cherry, so the Cherry F-row will be a bit lower than the rest.
The UHK caps have a rough textured feel, but the Yuzu caps are smooth.
I would suggest making a complete Yuzu set if you want the look and feel to be more normalized. Keep in mind that Yuzu doesn’t do shine-through legends. However, they have a sister company called FK Custom that does make shine-through caps, but they’re very different as well.
