Key cluster trackball is only working 10% of the time to scroll

Just received my UHK80 with key cluster and trackball plugins.
The trackball works perfect on the trackball plugin.

However the mini trackball on the key cluster is super intermittent and I can’t scroll properly.

Given I just received this keyboard a day ago, should I consider this as a faulty part?

I tried this on both Bluetooth and Cable.

I already raised a support ticket.

Another question, should I expect to find any USB dongle in my package? I couldn’t find any.
