Hey,
I have just received my keyboard and modules, but the key module don’t seem to fit right on the left. Its light is flaky when attached and hardly any signals comes from it. The Agent tool sees it momentarily after which it disappears. My trackpoint module fits good on the right side and works as intended.
Have any of you experienced such problem before?

Please try fastening the module steel guide screws.
That didnt seem to help much. I can hear an feel the magnet in the module hits the keyboard and wont go futher. Perhaps the keyboard contacts are receding just enough for contact to be flaky.
I notice this on my keyboard as well, the left-keyboard-side magnet/metal piece sits out a bit too far to allow the module to seat as deep as it otherwise could.
The pogo pins do make just enough contact, but nudging the module upwards causes it to disconnect.
We’re looking into these issues, guys, but we need a couple of days. I’ll follow up.
This looks like a manufacturing defect. Please contact us, guys! We’ll recall your UHK and modules and fix them. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.
I just received my keyboard and modules from UHK repair shop and they now work as intended again. No flaky signals
