I connect to work through Citrix. Now on the latest firmware scrolling is extremely slow and causes the “too many inputs beep”.
The key cluster scroll wheel works ok.
I need some kind of fix or workaround as soon as possible.

Please elaborate on “Citrix”, as I couldn’t find a specific application at a glance.
Please also look into which firmware version introduces the issue.
Citrix Workspace, it’s remote desktop basically.
I started facing the issue on v15. I updated from v12 so I couldn’t tell you which version in between caused it.
High resolution scrolling is a likely suspect. It was introduced on v12 with uhk60 and a bit later on uhk80 iirc.

@Ryan_Shea, you can test whether high-resolution scrolling is the culprit by downgrading to the firmware release before introducing high-resolution scrolling, based on the changelog, and then upgrading to the release after it and retesting it. We don’t plan to make high-resolution scrolling toggleable because it’d be a lot of effort, and apart from this case, it doesn’t interfere with applications. If high-resolution scrolling turns out to be the culprit, this issue should be reported to Citrix.
