Hi everyone,
i just received my uhk60 and noticed some issue in the trackball module.
The left switch is not working nicely when pressing on the right side of the button and also the button is slightly uneven.
Did someone have this issue too? I’ve sent a email but with no response yet
That’s definitely not normal.
I don’t remember internal assembly of the buttons, but either there is something broken, or just not snapped in place.
Feel free to disassemble the module and look at it yourself

You are a UHK employee and i don’t loose my warranty? 
I am a UHK developer. While I am not in power over warranty-related support and should not give any such promises, I am pretty sure that our support is reasonable over such things, especially if you point out that I told you to.
After all, if you manage to fix this yourself with 5 minutes and a screwdriver, it will save us time and resources.
Regarding trackball disassembly, just be careful with the optics bit - there is a totally unprotected LED underneath it that can be damaged easily. (@mlac, are they fixing it in place these days? It would be good to use a drop of some weak gluish paste to prevent that kind of accidents)
@silicium, We’re sorry about this issue. Please feel free to disassemble and attempt to fix the module. You won’t lose your warranty, and we’ll fix it if needed.
@kareltucek Gluing shouldn’t be necessary, as people tend not to damage the sensor, so adding a manufacturing step wouldn’t be worthwhile.
I can’t reply with a photo but that part is bended and almost broken.
