Anyone else having issues with keys simply not responding until hit multiple times?
My backspace key is driving me nuts 
I opened a GitHub issue a while ago but so far haven’’t had a reaction?
Usually the switch when this has happened to me. And usually the result of user error installing them.
Have you tried a different switch?

Thanks for chipping in David. Not sure what you mean with “switch” in this context?
The UHK is directly connected to my docking station, I don’’t use a keyboard/monitor switch. The keyboard keys are original and unchanged.
In fact nothing changed from a hardware perspective in a while.
I now experience more and more double clicks, means I hit backspace once and it deletes two chars. It’s also not only the backspace key, e.g. right now the “p” key acts up, every second/third time I get two chars for the price of one.
I did connect the UHK directly connected to my laptop to rule out docking station related issues, issue is still there.
The keyboard of the laptop works as expected, no issues at all, so I think I can rule out the OS/IO side of things.
The more I test the more I think this is related to the UHK driver. Maybe I need to consider to downgrade, or upgrade to a beta build if one is around that promises to fix this.
Edit: I just remembered, I did, for the first time, change some key bindings in the UHK-Agent. Nothing dramatic, just two keys changing. Could my issues have started back then, maybe, can’t really tell.
Just made another change but things stay broken.
@Tunney is referring to the switch in the key itself. Sounds to me that the most likely issue is a poor seating of the switch in it’s socket. You can try pulling the switch out of the socket, bending the legs of the switch ever so slightly and then re-seating the key. Your say in your Github story that you have a UHK80. Do not try pulling switches in a UHK60v1! Those are not hot-swappable.
It may also be worth removing any modules and thoroughly cleaning the contact points of the pogo pins as well as the pins themselves before reattaching them. Re-seating the bridge cable, if you use one, can’t hurt either.

Interesting, that seems to have fixed it?!
I tried it on the backspace and “p” keys and both seem to work reliably again right away. Thanks a lot guys for helping out fixing this big annoyance.
Really glad to find out that the fix is so easy. Looks like I need to have this little tooth puller tool sitting next to me for a bit longer and address the trouble makers one after another as they show themselves 
I used to fix connection issues like this with a bit of WD40, not sure if this is a good idea in this scenario?
No, do not use WD40!
