UHK60 v2 doesn't wake up with my macbook on firmware 15.0.1

I used the Agent app to change a keymapping today and it had me update the firmware to 15.0.1. Since then I have the following problem:

I use a macbook with an external display. The macbook stays closed.

when i lock my screen the macbook goes to sleep
pressing a key on the keyboard doesn’t wake the macbook up. The UHK lights do not come on.
if i wake up the macbook with my trackpad the UHK lights still do not come on, and keypresses are not registered with the OS.

Not sure what the firmware version I had before was, but before today I last configured the keyboard on August 4 2025.

Have you tried turning it off and back on again? JK (kinda)
Try unplugging/reconnecting the USB to see if it (UHK) comes back on. Another potential workaround could be to use the reboot macro. Idk if the UHK60 would be able to trigger macros while it’s in that state or not, but it’s worth a shot…

### Description When my MacBook goes to sleep and wakes up, the UHK 60v2 keyboa…rd partially wakes (lock screen appears), but the backlighting and LEDs stay off, and the keyboard becomes unresponsive. I need to unplug and re-plug the USB cable for it to work again. ### Steps to Reproduce Connect UHK 60v2 to a MacBook (directly or via a hub). Allow the Mac to sleep or turn off the display. Press a key to wake the Mac. Observe the keyboard behavior: no backlighting, LEDs, or responsiveness. ### Environment UHK Model: UHK 60v2 Firmware: Right keyboard half firmware: UltimateHackingKeyboard/firmware: 12.2.0 Left keyboard half firmware: UltimateHackingKeyboard/firmware: 12.2.0 OS: macOS Connection: Direct or via USB hub ### Additional Notes Similar issue reported when connected to a monitor's USB hub. Possibly started after firmware update although the problem was persistent throughout the previous fw versions (12.0.0) **Impact** Not critical but inconvenient. Affects workflow by requiring re-plugging.

It seems like the firmware update may have affected how the keyboard handles USB wake signals. Some external keyboards stop sending the proper signal to macOS after updates. Testing the keyboard on another system or trying a different USB port could help narrow it down.

Did you ever resolve this? I think I might be having the same problem. It seems like when my mac goes to sleep, the keyboard won’t wake up again. I press the keys and it’s like the keyboard has a dead battery. If I plug it into the mac then it immediately lights up and works like normal while plugged in, but as soon as I unplug it again, it immediately turns off once again.

It seems that I have to:

plug in the UHK 80 ( I have the 80 not the 60)
delete the UHK 80 from my list of bluetooth devices
then I can unplug it and it will try to find fine a bluetooth connection
I then need to pair the device with the mac again, and then after that it will work wirelessly and will wake up normally, I guess until the mac goes to sleep again?

Please flash 16.1.1. With it, the keyboard should no longer “appear dead”.

I am afraid, I don’t know what is wrong with the bluetooth connection though, neither how to troubleshoot it.
