UHK80 palm rest sticky

The palm rest of the UHK80 are kind of sticky. With that I mean that dust and small particles cannot be wiped of with the hand, but only with a slightly wet hanky.

Also some areas seem to change their color towards grey.

This make the UHK80 look less pleasant. Hopefully this does not change to ugly.

Is there a known trick to improve this look and feel? Eg. alternative palm rests?

Just wondering if we can order the wooden palm rest for our UHK80s now that the new keyboards ship with walnut palm rests.
